This is our one set-price service — bagged yard waste is predictable, so we can give you a flat rate instead of a custom quote. Everything else on this page is priced to the specific job.

Some jobs need a licensed, insured tradesperson, and we won't pretend otherwise. For plumbing and electrical work beyond a simple fixture swap, we bring in a qualified local trade and coordinate the whole job for you, so you still only deal with us. This kind of work is quoted per job.
Pipe repairs, water heaters, and fixtures that need new supply or drain lines.
New wiring, added outlets or switches, panel work, and fixtures that need a new circuit.
Not comfortable filling out the form, or no easy way to snap photos? We'll handle it for you. Someone from our team comes to your home, photographs the work, and writes up exactly what needs doing, so we can price it and book it in.
To keep it simple, we group work into four kinds: interior handyman jobs, plumbing, electrical, and outdoor. All your interior work counts as one job, however long the list, so a shelf, some curtains, a drywall patch, and a bit of paint all go together. Plumbing, electrical, and outdoor work each count as their own, since they're different kinds of work. So that interior list is one job; add a plumbing repair and some yard cleanup and it's three.
Our promise: if we can't get your job booked, the visit fee is on us. You get it back.
